Assam on Tuesday reported two fresh Covid-19 positive cases after which the state's tally stood at 37. The two new positive cases have been reported from Goalpara and Bongaigaon districts. Both are cases of secondary contact with Nizamuddin Markaz attendees.

The West Bengal government on Tuesday issued an order permitting the home delivery of non-essential items. According to the order, the supply chain involved with these items has also been allowed to function.
